^ 備註：「購物有禮」獎賞計劃只適用於會員以一般商品優惠購物，包括銀卡會員及金卡會員9折及白金卡會員8折。獎賞計劃受條款及細則約束。

另外，優惠期間於指定商店* 選購特選商品，更可享低至3折優惠。

條款及細則

Terms & Conditions

1. 是次優惠是香港國際主題樂園有限公司（「主辦單位」）為「奇妙處處通」會員（「會員」）安排的特別優惠（「優惠」）並只適用於 2017年11月24日至12月10日（「優惠期」）。

2. 於優惠期內所有類別會員於香港迪士尼樂園商品店購買商品（並不包括第3段所列明之商品）可享有六折優惠。

3. 此優惠不適用於購買限量版徽章、照片、PANDORA珠寶、周大福珠寶、「魔法化妝廳」之城堡及皇冠系列、電子產品（例如數碼相機）、非迪士尼產品/便利品（如藥物、菲林、電池及 H2O+®系列）、SD記憶卡、影音產品（數碼光碟）、樂高®產品和香港國際主題樂園有限公司不時指定的產品。

4. 此優惠不得與其他推廣或折扣優惠一併使用。包括但不限於「購物有禮” 印花派發。除另外說明，印花只派發予會員以一般商品優惠購物，包括銀卡會員及金卡會員9折，及白金卡會員8折。

5. 以此優惠購買「自家風」、「自家津」「My Disney Tee」產品製作時間為21日。

於優惠期內，會員於「布教授商店」、「童話藝坊」、「小熊維尼精品店」、「梅林法寶店」、「太空驛站」、「史達科技旗艦店」、「安仔玩具箱」、「迷離珍藏店」以低至3折優惠價購買特選產品。數量有限，售完即止。

6. 所有折扣後出售之商品受退貨條件約束，該條款印於商品收據上。

7. 主辦單位擁有對此等條款及細則的最終解釋權。如有任何爭議，主辦單位保留就爭議及與8. 8. 活動有關的任何問題之最終決定權。

9. 主辦單位可保留修訂或補充此等條款及細則，或終止或暫停此項優惠的權利而不作事先通知。

10. 以上條款及細則以英文及中文編寫，中英文本如有歧異或矛盾，概以英文本為準。

11. 以上條款及細則受香港特區之法律所管限並須根據香港特區之法律解釋。

1. This offer is organized by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) for Magic Access Members (“Members”) on merchandise purchase and is only valid from November 24 – December 10, 2017 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, each Member of all types can enjoy a special 40% discount on purchase of merchandise (excluding items specified in Paragraph 3 below) at any of Hong Kong Disneyland merchandise stores.

3. This Offer is not applicable to the purchase of limited edition pins, photos, PANDORA jewelries, Chow Tai Fook jewelries, Castle Package and Crown Package at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, electronic products (e.g. digital cameras), non-Disney items (e.g. drugs, films, batteries, H2O+® series), SD cards, media products (Video CDs, DVDs), LEGO® items and selected items as HKITP may from time to time specify.

4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. Including but not limited to stamps issuing under “Shop & Reward” Program. Unless otherwise stated, stamp(s) will only be issued to Member’s purchase(s) with regular offer, for instance, 10% off for Silver and Gold members and 20% off for Platinum members.

5. “D-Tech Yourself “, “Create Your Own Water Bottle”, “My Disney Tee” product purchased under this offer requires 21 days for production.

6. Members can enjoy up to 70% off on selected items at Professor Porter’s Trading Post, Storybook Shoppe, Pooh Corner, Merlin’s Treasures, Space Traders, Expo Shop, Andy’s Toy Box and The Archive Shop during the Promotion Period. While stock lasts.

7. All items of merchandise sold are subject to the exchange and refund policy printed at the back of original sales receipt.

8. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive. In the event of disputes, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.

9. HKITP reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions or to terminate or suspend the availability of this offer at any time without any prior notice.

10. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
